Leading Practitioners Range 5 (P5-P9)
£44,324 to £48,927 per year
Required from January 2020

The successful colleague will be expected to:
• Lead the department in providing a positive and challenging learning environment that encourages the highest of expectations and standards
• Deliver outstanding lessons consistently through inspirational teaching and learning, firing a learner’s love of Mathematics
• Foster an ethos where vibrant, enquiring learners and staff are developed and supported to achieve their potential
• Give strategic direction to the subject, delivering consistently exceptional attainment and progress beyond national expectations.
