Wymondham College seeks to appoint an outstanding individual to a role in our SEND department. 
 
As a Learning Lead you will be responsible to the SENCO (through the Learning Inclusion Co-ordinator) for delivering intervention programmes, tracking and reviewing  progress of students with SEN and demonstrating the impact of intervention programmes in your area of responsibility. You will also be required to provide guidance to teaching staff relevant to your focused area of SEN need. 
 
The College is looking for experience, or interest in the specific role which you are applying for. The successful candidate will have a current knowledge of, or a willingness to train in, the relevant area of SEN. You will need good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
