Salary: NJC 14 - 19 (£23,484 - £25,927) FTE salary to be pro rata (Subject to job evaluation)
Contract: Term Time Only (41 weeks a year)

We are seeking to recruit a Learning Manager (Maternity Cover) To support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including English and Maths), Degree or equivalent, willingness and the ability to obtain and or enhance qualifications and training for development in the post, evidence of continuous professional development and training and experience of working in a school.
