What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
Possess experience in a learning environment.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to students.
Promote and support inclusion for all students including those with SEN, EAL or with a physical disability
A talent to manage and develop trusting and professional relationships effectively.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and improving skills, and model this to all students

Bradford Forster Academy, which opened in September 2015 as a new 11-16 Church of England Academy, as part of the new Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust. We currently have 1033 students on roll from years 7 to 11 and Summer 2020 saw our first cohort of students successfully completing their time with us and going on to take up a wide range of local and national Post-16 courses and positions.
