Learning Mentor (English) job summary

About the role: LongfieldAcademy are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor (English)to join their vibrant team from September 2022. If you are currently looking for a role which allows you to support students by using innovative methods to develop their learning skills, please continue to submit an application!

Working under the direct instruction of the Director of Learning, your role would be to support access learning for pupils and provide general support to teachers in the management of students. Learning Mentors need to be able to respond positively to change in order to meet the needs of students and help them overcome particular barriers to their learning.
