The role:
Working in collaboration with other professionals you will assess, support and work with individuals and small groups of identified vulnerable pupils, to improve behaviour, motivation, self esteem and educational attainment.
To be successful you will have:
English and Maths GCSE (grade A-C or equivalent)
Experience of establishing positive relationships with young children and the ability to empathise with their needs
A patient, resourceful, enthusiastic and flexible approach, with the ability to 'think on your feet'
You will have experience of working with/caring for young children, have your own children, or have worked with young children in a voluntary capacity
A strong commitment to supporting children's learning
