The role:
Working in collaboration with other professionals you will assess, support and work with individuals and small groups of identified vulnerable pupils, to improve behaviour, motivation, self esteem and educational attainment. ​​​​​​​

To be successful you will have:

​​​​​​​English and Maths GCSE (grade A-C or equivalent)
Experience of establishing positive relationships with young children and the ability to empathise with their needs
A patient, resourceful, enthusiastic and flexible approach, with the ability to 'think on your feet'
You will have experience of working with/caring for young children, have your own children, or have worked with young children in a voluntary capacity
A strong commitment to supporting children's learning
