Learning Mentor job summary
We
are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Learning Mentor to supervise
and support our pupils.
The successful candidate will be educated to a high standard or HLTA, have recent whole class teaching experience or proven impact upon children’s progress. You will be willing to engage in continuing your professional development. Candidates should also be passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to working with children. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.
This role will include supporting our
teaching staff daily, to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum for our young
people. Flexibility is key and positive behaviour management is also an
important part of the role.
