What skills and experience we're looking for

Educated to at least A Level standard with GCSE in both English and maths


Excellent communication skills

Be a good team player

Be able to form a constructive rapport with students to enable them to engage successfully with learning

Experience of working with students with special educational needs and disabilities at secondary school level would also be desirable
