Learning Mentor (Maths and/or Science) job summary
About the role: An incredibly successful secondary academy on the outskirts of Dartford has a great opportunity for a confident and empathetic Learning Mentor to join their support team and to help students learning in Mathematics and/or Science. Our appointed candidates will join Longfield Academy, receiving fantastic training and development opportunities from the off-set with scope to positively influence our students’ learning. Our newly appointed Learning Mentor will be passionate about improving students' learning and development across Years 7 to 11, either on a 1-1 basis or in small groups.
This role is fixed term until July 2022 and the working basis is 37 hours per week, Term Time only.
This role is ideal for recent Graduates who are looking to embark on Teacher Training commencing September 2022. This role will provide you with first hand exposure to working in a school setting.
