Learning Mentor job summary

Learning Mentor required for a start as soon as possible
Salary: FTE £19,698 - £20,092, Grade F points 6 - 7.

Hours: 8.30 - 4.00 Monday to Friday, Term Time + 5 Training days. Permanent role.

Closes at 5pm on Wednesday 8th June 2022
Interviews expected to be held Tuesday 14th June 2022

Duties will include providing support and guidance to children and those engaged with them, by removing barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve their potential.

We require the following attributes:

Have a good level of education.
Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with pupils and parents / carers.
Have the ability to intervene with behaviour issues.
Promote the school in a positive manner at all times and share in the corporate responsibility for the well-being and safeguarding of all pupils.
