To support and strengthen our team, we need to appoint a Senior Inclusion Leader. This role will be a vital part of our approach to ensuring all children are safe, and are empowered to meet their academic potential.
It is vital that the successful candidate has previous experience of working in a school, or similar role, and has experience of the systems relating to child protection.
Up to date Child Protection Designated Officer training is desirable.

We are a two-form entry school on the border between Leeds, Kirklees and Bradford, not far from Ikea.

• Have the ability to deliver personalised support to key individuals, managing extensive and relevant records
• Be committed to making a difference to the current and future lives of all children, working with a range of agencies to ensure this happens
• Have high levels of resilience and the ability to work under pressure with calmness and a sense of humour
