Watling Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, are a great lister and genuinely care about the success of the young people you will work with, this opportunity is for you.

Join us as a Learning Mentor and you’ll experience the joy of positively impacting young lives every day. You'll support students' learning and well-being by implementing tailored strategies, helping them overcome challenges and achieving their full potential. You will build strong, supportive connections with students to help them achieve their full potential, addressing social and behavioural challenges to enhance learning experiences and create an optimal learning environment.

Watling Academy was judged as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED in May 2023 and is a purpose-built 11-18 secondary school in its fourth year of operation, located within the Whitehouse development on the western expansion area of Milton Keynes. The Academy will have 1800 students when at full capacity. Watling Academy is part of the Denbigh Alliance MAT.
