Learning Mentor!

We are currently recruiting Learning Mentors for our Oxford, Kidlington and Banbury sites. The posts are initially based within our KS 3/4 Teams, which means you will be expected to work with children from 11-16 years old.

We can offer you the chance to be part of a passionate and dedicated team making a real difference to young people’s lives. Additionally, we offer a range of development and training opportunities to support and advance your career.

This exciting and varied role will provide you with a wide range of experiences, including:
Supporting learning, both in and out of the classroom
Co-planning and supporting a variety of creative activities
Engaging in physical activities
Key working individual students

…as well as liaising closely with parents/carers, schools and many other agencies.

We believe in a shared team ethos, working together using flexible and supportive approaches to develop students’ learning and behaviour.
