About you
You might already have experience of education or you might be looking for a career change. As long as you are passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant with us. You are likely to have a relevant level 3 qualification (Teaching Assistant, Social Care, Nursery Nurse, NNEB).
The Role
We are looking to appoint a Learning Partner who would like to work somewhere that could make a real difference to children’s lives. You will join our dedicated and friendly team to support teaching staff with their responsibility for the development and education of pupils, some of whom may have a wide range of special needs.
The successful candidate will be a hardworking, enthusiastic individual that wants to be part of a warm, welcoming Special School and should have a passion for working with special educational needs and disabilities, which include severe learning difficulties; physical difficulties; profound and multiple learning difficulties; severe autism and challenging behaviours.
