Learning Resource & Careers Officer job summary
We wish to appoint a Learning Resource & Careers Officer to join our school. The postholder will be responsible for managing and promoting the school library. You will also be responsible for organising and implementing the school’s Careers programme.
This role will be suitable for someone who would like to broaden the horizons of our students. Offering them the opportunity to enhance their reading and literacy skills and provide them with the skills and opportunities to achieve their aspirations.
You will work alongside teaching staff to ensure that the library is fully utilised and will work with staff and external agencies to provide a full careers programme. You will have a keen interest in children’s literature, be highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
