What skills and experience we're looking for

We are look for an enthusiastic member of staff, who is committed to supporting young people as a Learning Room coordinator within our high achieving, vibrant, multi-cultural school for girls. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils in small groups and in mainstream classes. As well as providing support to the classroom teachers and collaborating in planning for learning, you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke interventions. This role requires the ability to lead a team of people on pupil focussed matters, to ensure all pupils are receiving high quality support to meet their individual needs. The successful candidate will join a committed team with this outstanding, successful school. the post offers many opportunities for professional development in a supportive and highly collaborative environment.
