Learning Supervisor job summary
We are looking to recruit a confident and resourceful Learning Supervisor. You will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team and will be expected to cover lessons for teacher absences.
The cover supervisor’s role is to introduce work to students, set by a subject specialist, and support the students with their learning in the absence of the classroom teacher. This will include issuing (not setting) work, managing behaviour, responding to students' general queries and ensuring students are working to their full potential, whilst keeping them on task.
The successful candidate will be organised, flexible and reliable, with the ability to work with students in a professional and appropriate way.
