What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and hardworking team immediately.

The successful candidates will need to be flexible and be prepared to assist pupils on an individual basis as well as in small groups or a classroom environment. A good level of English, Maths and ICT skills is essential.

The successful candidates will ideally have:-

Experience of supporting pupils with complex needs
A caring, patient nature
The ability to be flexible
The ability to work well within a team and independently

We would be willing to consider part time hours for the right candidate(s).

We are looking to appoint general LSAs as well as LSAs willing to work on a 1:1 basis with two of our most complex students who require a bespoke package to have successful school days.
