Hours: 35 per week 8.30 am - 4.00 pm

Weeks: 38 weeks per year

Millennium Primary School, an outstanding, two-form entry school on the Greenwich Peninsula, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team. As part of the Maritime Multi-Academy Trust, we collaborate with schools across Greenwich, Bexley, Kent, and Medway to deliver an entrepreneurial curriculum that equips children with life skills, preparing them for the future.

Our school is set in a state-of-the-art building, equipped with innovative facilities to support both our students and the wider community. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing a rich, inclusive educational experience.

The successful candidate will have:
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3)

  • Experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS to Year 6)

  • Essential experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness to support children from diverse backgrounds and abilities
