Learning Support Assistant - 25 hours PW job summary

Halstow is a two-form entry school in Greenwich for children aged 5-11.   Our uniquepartnership within The Compass Partnership of Schools, providesimmense opportunitiestodevelopthequalityofprovisionandoutcomes,andthesharingofgood practice.Wearearesearch-engagedcommunityandareconstantlyseekingnewand innovative ways of developing teaching for learning. 

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant.   We provide a safe and healthy environment for our children and you will work under the direction of the Class Teacher and the Special Educational Needs Leader.  You may also be involved in providing intimate care, managing challenging behaviour and actively participating in physical activities such as PE. 

Hours will be Monday through to Friday, 8.30am – 1.30pm, with a daily 30 minute unpaid break, term time only
