Columbus School and College is searching for enthusiastic and dedicated assistant to join our vibrant team. We're a special school where children and young people aged 3-19 with severe and profound learning difficulties embark on incredible learning journeys.

As a Specialist Assistant, you will work closely with our children, supporting their daily learning, care, and development. You will play a crucial role in helping our pupils feel excited about coming to school, motivated to learn, and proud of their achievements.

We value the skills and dedication of our teaching assistants. To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don't yet hold this qualification, don't worry! We'll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme, helping you gain the behaviours, skills and experience you need to thrive in the role.
