• Working pattern:
  • Full time - Term Time plus 2 days. Monday – Thursday 08:30 - 16:00, Friday 08:30 - 15:30
• Contract type: Permanent
• Pay scale: H3.5 £20,043 pa (pro-rata) incl. fringe allowance (actual salary £16,143 pa)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and reliable full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly staff team to support students in class, small groups and individually on a 1:1 basis with their learning needs.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:-

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or the equivalent)
• Excellent English speaking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience of working with 11-16 year olds within an education environment is desirable.
