Learning Support Assistant job summary

All Saints Primary School, part of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust are looking to recruit experienced, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants with experience in KS1 & /or KS2 to join our friendly and hard working team. At All Saints we aim to create memorable experiences for our pupils, experiences that will allow them to flourish in all aspects of life. We strongly believe in giving our pupils a 'complete education', with access to a strong personal development. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistants to join our highly committed team and willing to work across the schools in either Key Stages. The successful applicant will be:

  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload
  • Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems
  • Able to work flexibly and creatively
  • Happy, co-operative and able to work independently
  • A strong team player
  • A person who demonstrates excellent initiative

These posts will be for 30 hours per week /Paid at Grade 5 .7 - £11.98 per hour / Permanent or fixed contract / 39 weeks per year ( 38 weeks term time + 1 week)
