What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a number of flexible and sensitive Learning Support Assistants with excellent communication, language and interpersonal skills to support specific children with specific needs.
The successful
candidates will be supporting children’s learning within the whole class or
within a small group, or on a 1:1 basis, targeting specific skills as directed
by the Class Teacher or the SENDCo. Prior
experience of working with children with ASD and ADHD is essential but
additional training and support will be offered by the school.
