What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • experience of working with children throughout the EYFS and Primary setting

  • excellent communication skills

  • good literacy and numeracy skills and can use these to support children in their learning

  • the ability to work with individuals or with small groups to implement learning activities

  • a caring and empathetic approach

  • a creative nature and a sense of fun

  • the ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to use their own initiative
