- Understanding of relevant polices/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation
- To have had previous experience of working in a School
- Ability to communicate effectively
- To have GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
- Good general standard of education
- Will be empathetic to the diverse needs and abilities that some of our most challenging students have
- Understanding of the principles of inclusion in a mainstream school
- Must be well organised
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure that deadlines are met
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a team environment is key
