As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students with SEND, including those with EHCPs, either in the mainstream school setting or within The Cove SEND Unit (Cognition and Learning). You will play a key role in helping students make progress, achieve their targets, and feel confident participating in all aspects of school life.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and committed, who believes they can make a genuine difference for young people with additional needs. Our ideal candidate will inspire those around them, encourage ambition, and support students to reach their full potential.
