LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Contract Term: Term Time plus 2 days
Salary: H3.5 £20,043 pa (pro-rata) incl. fringe allowance (actual salary £16,143 p.a.)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 - 16:00, Friday 08:30 - 15:30
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and reliable full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly staff team to support students in class, small groups and individually on a 1:1 basis with their learning needs.
Ideally the successful candidate will have:-
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or the equivalent)
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience of working with 11-16 year olds within an education environment is desirable.
