Biggleswade Academy is an independent, state funded Academy providing truly comprehensive education and wrap-around care for children aged 2-11. We are looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting the learning and education of our pupils.

In return, we can offer an organisation committed to innovation and professional development where you will have a chance to grow and have a genuine impact upon the improvement and advancement of the Academy. Initially, this role will work across all year groups within different classes to cover absent/redeployed staff including supporting at lunch times for 30 minutes.

Hours - 20 hours per week, permanent contract

Monday - Friday, 9am – 1pm, 38.6 weeks per annum (Term time + 3 INSET days).

Salary - NJC Level 2A scale 3-4 dependent on qualifications / experience (£12.45 – 12.65 per hour depending on service)

Qualifications - Level 2/ NNEB/ BTEC or equivalent childcare qualification preferred, GCSE Maths and English at grades A-C
