Learning Support Assistant job summary

Providing support to the class teacher, you will be working as part of a team to assist in delivering a high quality education for our pupils.

The role will involve assisting with the general management of pupils, preparing the classroom and setting out resources, supporting with pupils' individual needs and assisting with maintaining records of pupils' progress.

You will have access to excellent professional development centred on teaching strategies for children and young people with special needs and disabilities.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a caring and positive attitiude who can remain calm under pressure. With a flexible approach you will be a good listener and be sensitive to pupils needs.
