Learning Support Assistant job summary

Due to our continuing growth, Alde Valley Academy is looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can work with students from age 11- 16, supporting them across a broad range of subjects and activities.
As an LSA you will support children and young people who have experienced difficulty in learning in mainstream school.
You will be someone who has a creative and flexible approach to supporting children and young people with a range of SEND needs, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
