Summary:

As an Apprentice Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with various learning needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive in their educational journey. This role provides a unique opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the education sector whilst gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification with our training provider, TES Institute.


About You

You will be patient, empathetic and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student lives.


You will have some experience or exposure working with Children/Young People/SEN. (If you have no direct exposure, think about how you can demonstrate your passion and commitment in other ways).


You will have great communication and interpersonal skills.


You will be happy to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
