Salary: Actual Salary Band £14,245 to £14,820

Do you have experience of working with young people with additional learning needs? Do you want to make a difference to their lives and education? As a member of our Inclusion Team you will be provide outstanding support to a range of students with inclusion needs. You will support their identified needs and help them to be the best they can be.
You will:
- Support the teaching and learning in the classroom to maximise the participation of named students
- Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter
- Be committed to achieving best outcomes for named students
