What skills and experience we're looking for
Our school, which is a member of the Kemnal Academies Trust, is committed to raising standards and creating a high quality learning environment. We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our small established team.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a good level of education. Experience is desirable but not essential and this vacancy may suit someone looking to gain experience in a secondary school prior to joining the teaching profession. The successful candidate will support students both in a whole class setting and through delivering bespoke, small groups interventions.
