asked to work across our Federation or in an area of our specialist provision,
such as in our Alternative Provision facility, as directed by the SENCo.

- Has suitable experience of working in a school environment

The Whitby Secondary Partnership is a federation between Caedmon College
Whitby, Whitby Sixth Form and Eskdale School. This partnership is designed to
provide close working between two 11-16 schools and a sixth form. This allows
for our staff and students to learn and develop together. From September 2023,
following a consultation process, the two school will amalgamate to form a new
school, based on the current College site, whilst retaining a separate Sixth
Form Site. This will result in the two staff coming together and a new staffing
structure will be put in place.
