Learning Support Assistant job summary

Cansfield High School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, proactive and able to work efficiently and flexibly. The ability to prioritise workload, be organised and remain calm in a busy environment is paramount. Applicants will need to be approachable and empathetic whilst supporting children with their individual needs in order to support learning.

This is Fixed Term Contract until August 2025, however, there is a strong possibility that this will be made permanent.

This is a support staff role working 35 hours per week, term time plus one week.
