About the role:

This role is to support children within a class or in 1:1, 1:2 or small groups

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and caring practitioner who can support pupils with their learning but equally encourage them to be independent and confident.

The successful candidate will:

-have knowledge of ASD/SEN

-have experience of supporting/working with children

-have high expectations of all learners

-have a good standard of education to GCSE or equivalent, Grade C (4) or above in English andMaths

-be passionate about improving pupil outcomes

-be able to use their initiative

-be committed to inclusion and put the children’s individual needs at the heart of learning.

-be able to work as part of a team

Annual Salary Range Bucks Pay 1B £17,017 - £18,676 (Pro Rata which equals to an annual wage of approximately £12,000-£13,000))

Term Time only (39 weeks per year)
