What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated individual and outstanding practitioner to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and support individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff to further improve learning, teaching and student outcomes. An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential.
