An inspiring and motivated practitioner who is eager to develop their skills further
Passionate in their desire to work with children with disability
Committed to an inclusive curriculum and have high expectations of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
Nurturing and have a caring personality
A highly effective practitioner in terms of supporting a child/ren with (SEND) during lesson delivery so that they can access learning
Be able to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents and have excellent interpersonal skills
Rigorous in ensuring any pupil in their care makes the required progress in order to reach their true potential
Show a commitment to extra-curricular activities and parental engagement events
