Learning Support Assistant job summary
Frimley Church of England Junior School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team of support staff.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, hard working with a sense of fun, having high expectations of children in the Key Stage 2 setting. They will enjoy both supporting and celebrating the achievement of pupils as they strive to show the attributes of a Frimley Learner.
Experience of working in a classroom setting would be an advantage but the successful candidate does not need to have specific training as full training and induction support will be given where needed. Learning Support Assistants encourage learning as part of a year group team, working under the direct supervision of both the class teacher and year leader. The hours will include supervision on the playground.

Salary:Grade PS3 £19,313 - £20,257 FTE
Actual Salary: Grade PS3 £14,999.53 to £15,732.69 per annum (32.5 hours per week and term time only)
Contract/Hours: 08.30 - 15.30 five days a week - 32.5 hours in total, including a half hour lunch break, term time only. We are able to be flexible with these hours for the right candidate so please do apply if you would like to be considered for a lesser weekly commitment.
