Learning Support Assistant (Fixed Term) job summary
Fixed term until 31st August 2025
32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30 - 15:30)
Term time, 38 weeks per year plus 5 INSET days

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide individualised and group support to students in our 6th form, with a special focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your efforts will be key to helping students achieve the goals outlined in their Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring they blossom in all aspects of their development.
