What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and dynamic Learning Support Assistant who will be working with one specific pupil as well as other small groups of children. The focus of the support is for a specific individual student and supporting the teacher. The successful postholder may also have the opportunity of supporting Early Years, KS2, KS3 and KS4 across the Trust. It is essential that you have experience in working with children with Autistic Spectrum Condition. Secondments from within the Trust and WSCC will be considered.

The post is based in our rural village school in Clapham and Patching, which is in the heart of the South Downs. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos, as we aim to provide the best possible education for all our children.
