Furze Down is an outstanding special school on split sites in Winslow and Buckingham, which provides for 220 pupils with communication and interaction differences aged 4 to 19. We are incredibly proud of our school. Primary/KS3/KS4/6th Form Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of LSAs.
You will work with our teachers, teaching assistants and therapists to engage with our students, so teamwork is important.
You will need to show clear, calm communication skills which can be delivered in a respectful manner and be reliable, trustworthy and committed to work within the school’s policies, including safeguarding and child protection.

Whilst experience is not necessary, you will demonstrate a commitment to our school values and your professional development

All our staff, regardless of experience, have access to extensive personalised professional development plans.

Full-time: 37 hours a week Monday - Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm term time only
