Are you flexible, patient, caring and confident with children?
We are looking for a fantastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team
These are permanent contracts; one full-time, 32.5 hours a week and one part-time, five mornings or three full days
You will support both individuals and small groups of children with their learning. For this, you will need patience, resourcefulness and have high expectations of learning and behaviour. You should also be enthusiastic and have good communication skills, with a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. Previous experience of supporting children with additional needs is a preferred but is not essential.
Salary: Kite Academy Pay scale, Tier 2 £18,147 - £22,145 FTE (£13,965 - £17,042 pro rata) depending on experience
39 weeks including 5 INSET days
