Learning Support Assistant job summary
We invite applications from candidates who have expertise and relevant experience of leading planned interventions in English and Maths across Key Stage 1 & 2 or experience of the EYFS and the delivery of Phonics.
At Hathern Church of England Primary School we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and caring Teaching Assistant with a positive approach to join our high quality and hardworking support team. The successful applicant will be expected to work across Key Stage 1 and 2 and be responsible for delivering and monitoring activities allied to planned intervention strategies as well as providing personalised support for pupils. Although the position is permanent, it is subject to a six-month probationary period in line with LA guidelines.

Hathern CE Primary is a single form entry school located in the semi-rural setting of Hathern on the outskirts of Loughborough. The school was established in 1849 by the Church and has since grown to occupy two separate sites within the village.
