What skills and experience we're looking for
LEO Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly skilled, fully qualified and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support classes, small groups and pupils on a 1:1 basis.
The successful candidate will be able to support classes and individual pupils in a caring, patient and compassionate way, ensuring their pastoral and academic needs are met. You will work excellently as part of a team, have good communication skills, be enthusiastic, fair and kind. It is essential that you are able to follow school procedures.
