Learning Support Assistant job summary

The Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join us at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Primary.

We are part of the St Gregory the Great Academy Trust. Through the trust, there will be opportunities for further professional development and access to training and additional qualifications should this be a pathway a candidate is interested in.

We would like to appoint a teaching assistant who is/has:
 Sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school
 An enthusiastic and committed candidate who is prepared to make a positive contribution to the Catholic life and ethos of this caring and high achieving school
 Excellent communication skills
 Recent experience and knowledge of working with individuals, groups or children
 An ability to be flexible and adaptable
 Ability to work as part of a team
 A willingness to be part of the community of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Immaculate Heart Catholic Primary School a Voluntary Academy of St Gregory the Great Multi-Academy Trust is looking to appoint two enthusiastic and creative 1:1 Learning Support Assistants. The school is a 2 form entry school with 450 pupils on role. Immaculate Heart of Mary was rated in 2019 as a good school with a recent outstanding section 48 inspection for the Religious Education and Catholic Life of the school.
