What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated SEND specialist learning support assistant, you will be working to support the education and care of children with SEND needs under the direction of, and in partnership with the class teacher. You will also be working within the wider classroom. You must have a real passion for creating a rich, inclusive and balanced educational environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. We offer you exciting opportunities to develop within our academy and an excellent platform for enhanced career development through bespoke CPD within our academy and through Oasis Community Learning.

We need you to be a positive and friendly team player and be dedicated to building strong relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing.
