Learning Support Assistant - Key Worker job summary

The LSA role within St Marys school is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff which the support they need to Shine as Lights in the World.
Job Purpose
- Work may be carried out in the classroom or in a small group withdrawal space.
- To work under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher.
The role is to support a named child and others within the classroom, enabling access to learning for a specific pupils/group of pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
