About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our nurturing team. You will provide high-quality tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), enabling them to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally within our inclusive Christian school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEND in EYFS.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of differentiated activities.
  • Promote children’s emotional wellbeing, self-regulation, and independence.
  • Implement strategies from EHCPs and liaise effectively with the SENDCo.
  • Contribute to reviews, observations, and record-keeping.
  • Uphold the school’s Christian values and ethos in all interactions.
